Dear Isobel,

I just wanted to put into words just how amazing I think you are. You’ve been to see my cheeky little mare, Ellie, twice now and what I have heard from her has tickled me, enthralled me and touched me deeply. It is so wonderful that, through you, I can find out how she is feeling, what she likes or doesn’t like, if she is in any discomfort.

Following your visit last week when she told you that her hip was a bit uncomfortable and you gave her some healing, she has been on absolutely tip top form again and is back in serious training for the upcoming endurance season.

You put my mind at rest every time I see you, either with my dogs or with Ellie or just on my own. You are a wonderfully calming, reassuring person to be around and it is a joy and a privilege to know you.

Thank you so much for everything you have done and everything you will no doubt be doing with us in the future.
